Born and raised in Southampton NY, Chase has grown familiar with the aesthetic and beauty of Luxury Hamptons Architecture and has developed a passion for building luxury homes that appeal to the Modern Day Hamptons Home Buyer.
From the age of 12, Chase worked alongside his father, J Andreassi, as PERT Construction was developing not only luxury homes, but also working on municipality jobs such as the Southampton Library, a 50,000 square foot recreational center known as SYS and Sacred Hearts church in Southampton village. After graduating from Franklin & Marshall College, Chase returned home to become Project Manager for PERT on all new construction and has built a portfolio of a plethora of new construction homes, dozens of renovations big and small, and the new Southampton Ambulance headquarters.
As project manager, Chase is tasked with following the job from start to finish, including permit application, design consultation, site management, contractor supervision and working side-by-side with clients on all phases of the project.
