Embedded in the Hamptons community for decades, Building Principal J Andreassi is proud of his family’s dedication to modernizing the Hamptons- through planning, building and philanthropy. Owner of Pert Construction and now co-principal at Andreassi Development, J has been building homes, commercial and institutional projects in the Hamptons and on Long Island for over 35 years. His son, J.B. Andreassi got his start with Related Companies in Manhattan back in 2015 by working in their new development division. Recently J.B. has moved back to the Hamptons to team up with his father and his brother to start the Development arm of the company now called Andreassi Development. The teams success is built on three pillars: the quality of product, speed of their builds and their strong relationships with their sub-contractors and town officials. Chase Andreassi (son of J and brother to J.B.), is the lead project manager, and oversees all on-site relationships and executions.
The company has been serving the community of the Hamptons from Westhampton Beach to Montauk and North Fork, for over three decades. Throughout his time at the company, the team’s most cherished part of the process has been creating something new. Helping clients build forever homes where they and their families can create loving memories is something the company will never take for granted.
