We went into contract pre-completion and were nervous because there was a “trust me” factor here, which made this different from purchasing an existing home (whether new build or not).  However, we loved the ability to work with the Andreassi Development team to customize choices and finishes for open items, and the end result is a home that feels more “ours” than any other place we evaluated as part of our purchasing process. 

We were especially impressed by the attention to detail the Andreassi team paid to complete the home in time for us to get in there for Summer 2021.  For those who don’t already know, the father/son team (J and Chase) are the perfect complement, blending decades of construction experience with on-site, daily project management.  The end result surpassed our expectations, and we have no doubt that the painstaking efforts during the build-out will translate into a home that will age well as we enjoy it for many years to come.

JB was extremely helpful in getting us into our first luxury home experience while in Washington, D.C. Not only were we brand new to DC, but I have gone through the buy or sell move process with a variety of different agents in different cities at least 7 different times in the life I've had good, bad, and mediocre agents. He was certainly receptive to our individual and familial wants, needs, and intricacies and patiently worked through all of it to match us to the right home.
