We went into contract pre-completion and were nervous because there was a “trust me” factor here, which made this different from purchasing an existing home (whether new build or not). However, we loved the ability to work with the Andreassi Development team in the Hamptons to customize choices and finishes for open items, and the end result is a home that feels more “ours” than any other place we evaluated as part of our purchasing process. JB was extremely helpful in getting us into our first luxury home experience while in Washington, D.C. Not only were we brand new to DC, but I have gone through the buy or sell move process with a variety of different agents in different cities at least 7 different times in the life I've had good, bad, and mediocre agents. He was certainly receptive to our individual and familial wants, needs, and intricacies and patiently worked through all of it to match us to the right home.
