1152 Montauk Highway,JB Andreassi, a life-long resident of Southampton, understands the value of Real Estate. Born to one of the founding fathers of Hamptons luxury residential, J.B. was exposed to and developed a deep passion for designing and building from a very early age. J Andreassi, (his father), is a local developer, who has built a multitude of homes since the early '90s. He also designed and built Southampton Youth Services, Rogers Memorial Library, and other well-known commercial projects in the Hamptons and throughout Long Island.
As a graduate of Dartmouth College, and a graduate of the Tuck Bridge School of Business program, J.B. takes an in-depth, analytical approach to all of his business transactions. His love of the twin relationships between building and selling would come after college. In J.B.'s earlier career, he worked for four years at the National Hockey League. As part of the business development team, he was responsible for tens of millions of dollars of corporate partnership assets. In 2016, he left the League to join the Related Management Group. As an employee of one of the biggest Real Estate development firms in the world, J.B. gained invaluable Real Estate knowledge about selling and development in the Washington D.C. and Manhattan markets.
In 2019, JB moved back home to the Hamptons, where he is currently located. He is a principal in his family’s development company, Andreassi Development. He is also a licensed Real Estate sales and investments associate with Compass Real Estate. At his prior firm, JB sold over 30 properties ranging between $1,000,000 to $20,000,000 and has amassed $165M worth of sales between the Hamptons, New York City, and South Florida since 2020. He also starred on two Real Estate TV shows – “Million Dollar Beach House” on Netflix and “Selling the Hamptons” on Max. He has gained significant notoriety from his production as an advisor, and from his platform, which leads to a variety of benefits for the clients he works with.
Over the last five years, JB and his development team have designed, built, and sold 5 speculative properties in the Hamptons. They were also selected to lead commercial jobs for the Town of Southampton, such as Southampton Tire and Southampton Volunteer Ambulance HQ. In addition, he has recently expanded his reach to South Florida. It is there where he has a strong FL-based team in place that consults on sophisticated transactions and helps oversee two development projects in Palm Beach and Delray Beach set to begin in mid to late 2024.
