The Andreassi family built us a beautiful, well-built and high quality home in the Hamptons area. On top of that, they are wonderful people. They are knowledgeable, very responsive, caring and kind. We are so thankful to J, Chase and JB for building us our dream home.

JB was instrumental in helping my wife and I find a home in the Hamptons area. He was able to offer a full-service package as his Dad and brother helped with the renovation of the house we ended up buying. JB also helped find the first few summer renters for us. Easy to work with and very accomodating.

We went into contract pre-completion and were nervous because there was a “trust me” factor here, which made this different from purchasing an existing home (whether new build or not). JB was extremely helpful in getting us into our first luxury home experience while in Washington, D.C.
